Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on mixed ortho/para toluenesulfonamides.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 18, 1991 Mr. STOKES introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To extend the existing suspension of duty on mixed ortho/para-toluenesulfonamides. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING SUSPENSION OF DUTY. Heading 9902.30.98 (relating to mixed ortho/para-toluenesulfonamides) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/94'. SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendment made by section 1 applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 1992.
