Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend the duty on N-(1,1-dimethylethyl-3-oxo-4-aza-5-alpha-androst-1- ene-17-beta-carboxamide (finasteride) and on N-(1,1-dimethylethyl-3- oxo-4-aza-5-alpha-androst-1-beta-carboxamide tablets (finasteride tablets) for three years.
