Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on: (1) 4-chloro-z-nitroaniline; (2) 4-chloro-z, 5-dimethoxyaniline; (3) 3,4-diaminophenetole, dihydrogen sulfate; (4) 3-(4-aminobenzamido) phenyl-beta-hydroxyethysulfolne; and (5) 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (sulfonaides).
