Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on: (1) p-aminoazo-benzenedi-sulfonic acid; (2) 4-aminoazo-benzenedi-sulfonic acid, monosodium salt; and (3) disodium salt. Decreases the duty rate on 4.4-diaminostilbene-2,2' disulfonic acid sodium salt.
