To suspend temporarily the duty on certain house slippers, and for other purposes.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 1994, the duty on footwear with uppers of vegetable fibers, with outer soles of cellular plastic, with open toe and open heel, made on a base or platform of wood, over 50 percent by weight of wood, valued less than $1.75 per pair.
