Bonneville Salt Flat Preservation Study Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct and report to the Congress on a study to determine the nature and extent of the salt loss occurring at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah, and how best to preserve the resources threatened by such salt loss, including consideration of designating the area as a national conservation or recreation area.
Authorizes appropriations.
