Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) N-((4-chlorophenyl)-amino)carbonyl)-2, 6-diflourobenzamide 90% or more; and (2) N-((4-chlorophenyl)amino)carbonyl)-2, 6-diflourobenzamide (25%) and inerts (75%).
