To increase the size of the Big Thicket National Preserve in the State of Texas by adding the Village Creek Corridor unit, the Big Sandy Corridor unit, the Canyonlands unit, the Sabine River Blue Elbow unit, and addition to the Lower Neches Corridor unit.
Big Thicket National Preserve Addition Act of 1992 - Expands the boundaries of the Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas, through the addition of specified lands in Hardin, Polk, and Tyler Counties, Texas. Requires the Secretaries of Agriculture and of the Interior to exchange commercial timberlands within and in the vicinity of the Preserve.
Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior (the Secretary) from acquiring a specified area owned by the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation or its subsidiary, Kirby Forest Industries, Inc., without the owner's consent as long as the area is used exclusively as a youth camp.
Authorizes appropriations.
