Directs the Secretary of Commerce, upon the request of Lassen County, California, to authorize any conveyance by Lassen County of the addition to the Lassen Memorial Hospital in Susanville, California, that was constructed in part with a grant under the Public Works and Economic Development Act.
Waives any debt owed to the United States by Lassen County relating to such conveyance.
