Amends Federal law to allow the Cahuilla Band of Indians to lease their land for more than 25 years.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LEASES BY CAHUILLA BAND OF INDIANS. The first section of the Act of August 9, 1955 (25 U.S.C. 415(a)), is amended by inserting `the Cahuilla Indian Reservation,' after `the Soboba Indian Reservation,'.
