Deems the widow of a named deceased individual, for purposes of the widow's entitlement to survivors' annuities, to have been 50 years old on the date of his death.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make a lump sum payment of annuities to such widow and a payment to the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund.
