Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to provide for the operation and management of any entity engaged in interstate commerce and located in the United States that is owned or controlled by the Iraqi Government and is blocked pursuant to executive orders blocking Iraqi assets if such entity produces goods or services important to U.S. interests.
