To amend title 11 of the United States Code to make nondischargeable debts for liabilities under the terms of a property settlement agreement entered into in connection with a separation agreement or divorce decree.
Property Settlement Integrity Act of 1990 - Amends Federal bankruptcy law to allow the discharge of certain domestic relations debts that are assigned to another entity (unless the debt has been assigned to a governmental entity, or pursuant to the Social Security Act).
