Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transmit to the Congress a National Historic Landmark Theme Study on American Labor History which identifies the key sites in such history, including the history of workers and their work, of organizing, unions and strikes, of the impacts of industrial and technological change, and of the contributions of American labor to American history. Requires the study to nominate sites and buildings as national historic landmarks. Requires the Secretary to prepare a list discussing the feasibility of including such sites in the National Park System.
Requires the theme study to be completed within three years after funds are made available for it.
Authorizes appropriations.
