To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide an employer a credit against income tax for the cost of providing mammography screening for his employees.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow an employer a tax credit for 20 percent of qualified mammography screening costs.

Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish standards to assure the safety and accuracy of such mammography screening.
