Relieves a named former employee of the Department of the Navy of liability to the United States for a specified sum representing erroneous payments of relocation expenses. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual any amounts paid by him to, or withheld from sums otherwise due him by, the United States with regard to such relocation expense payments.
