Extends veterans' readjustment counseling benefits provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs to veterans serving on active duty during the Persian Gulf War.
Provides that if a Vietnam-era veteran is called to active duty during the Persian Gulf War, a family member of such veteran eligible for consultation, training, services, and expenses with respect to the treatment and readjustment of such veteran shall remain eligible for such benefits during the period that such veteran remains on such active duty.
