Constitutional Amendment - Provides for a six-year term for the offices of President and Vice President and prohibits any person from being elected to such offices more than twice.
Declares the term of office of a Representative to be three years. Prohibits a person from being a Senator if such person has been a Senator throughout the immediately preceding three terms, or from being a Representative if such person has been a Representative throughout the immediately preceding six terms. States that such prohibition does not prevent any person from filling a congressional vacancy during a term.
