Apologizing to Native Hawaiians for the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii by the United States in 1893 and declaring the trust relationship between the United States and Native Hawaiians.

Acknowledges and apologizes for the fundamental injustice of the United States in its participation in activities that contributed to the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Declares Congress's commitment to the maintenance of a fiduciary duty on the part of the United States to the Native Hawaiians in their desire to live and work on the land of their ancestors and practice their culture in ways consistent with their traditional lifestyle.
