Concerning United States foreign policy toward Israel and Syria.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) Syria remains a threat to Israel; and (2) it should be the policy of the United States to limit Syria's offensive capabilities and encourage the Syrian Government to unequivocally recognize Israel's right to exist as a sovereign nation.
