Expressing the support of the Congress for the 1992 reauthorization of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Indian Health Care Improvement Act is the cornerstone of U.S. efforts to: (1) improve the health status of American Indians and Alaska Natives; (2) maintain a high quality and cost effective health care system; and (3) provide a framework within which American Indians and Alaska Natives can participate in health care decisions affecting their communities.
