Urges: (1) the newly-elected Albanian Government to accelerate market reforms and complete the establishment of democratic institutions; (2) the President to take steps to increase trade opportunities between the United States and Albania; (3) increased humanitarian assistance to Albania, especially emergency shipment of basic food commodities; and (4) that priority be given to helping the Albanian agricultural sector provide adequate food supplies.
