Declares that the Fox Broadcasting Company should be commended for accepting paid advertising promoting the use of condoms as a method for preventing the spread of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
Urges the Secretary of Health and Human Services to prepare and encourage other persons to prepare television broadcast public service announcements to educate the people of the United States about AIDS and ways to prevent infection by the virus that causes it, including prevention through the use of condoms.
States that all U.S. commercial television networks and television stations should accept for broadcast during selected adult programming: (1) public service announcements about AIDS and ways to prevent infection by the virus that causes it (including prevention through the use of condoms); and (2) commercial advertisements concerning the use of condoms to prevent infection by the virus that causes AIDS.
