Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Soviet Union should release the prison records of Raoul Wallenberg and account for his whereabouts.

Requests: (1) the Soviet Union to release all remaining prison records concerning Raoul Wallenberg and account for his whereabouts; (2) that all reported sightings of Wallenberg since July 17, 1947, be investigated and the results made public; and (3) the President to pursue such release and accounting through diplomatic actions with the Soviet Union.
