Omnibus Committee Funding Resolution for 1991 and 1992

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the Secretary of State should submit a report to the Congress including a description of: (1) all private and public U.S. assistance delivered to Soviet Armenia following the December 7, 1988, earthquake; (2) the prospects for future assistance to, trade with, and long-term reconstruction of Armenia; and (3) any policy implications of assisting Armenia.
