A resolution making additional majority appointments to the Committee on Environment and Public Works, the Committee on Finance, and the Committee on Labor and Human Resouces.

Appoints Senator Metzenbaum to the Committee on Environment and Public Works, Senator Breaux to the Committee on Finance, and Senator Bingaman to the Committee on Labor and Human Resources.

Amends rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to: (1) authorize a Senator to serve on the Committee on Labor and Human Resources, the Committee on Armed Services, and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources; and (2) authorize a Senator appointed to the Committee on Environment and Public Works on May 16, 1990, to serve on the Committee on the Judiciary and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources.
