A resolution authorizing the appointment of a special Senate delegation to host an international conference in the United States on global environmental issues, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the President pro tempore of the Senate to appoint a special delegation of Senators to host an international conference on global environmental issues.

Authorizes up to $500,000, to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate, for the expenses of such delegation. Requires the delegation to submit a final report at its termination, at the end of the 101st Congress.
