A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate regarding consultation with leaders of allied countries during the NATO Summit and the Economic Summit meetings in Brussels and Paris about loans and credit to the Soviet bloc.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should consult with the leaders of allied countries during the NATO summit and economic summit meetings in Brussels and Paris on the impact on Western security of loans and credit extended to and investments in: (1) the Soviet Union; (2) Warsaw Pact countries; (3) Cuba; (4) Vietnam; (5) Libya; and (6) Nicaragua.
