Expresses the sense of the Senate that the proposed export of technology, defense articles, or defense services pursuant to an agreement with Japan to codevelop or coproduce the Support Fighter Experimental (FSX) shall not be implemented until the President receives, and transmits to the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, assurances from the Japanese Government that: (1) no Japanese personnel are involved with chemical weapons production in Libya; and (2) no assistance will be provided to the Libyan chemical weapons program by any Japanese corporation.
