Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent the Subcommittee on Oversight of Government Management in the case of United States v. Eugene Robert Wallach, et al. Authorizes the Chairman and Ranking Minority Member of such subcommittee to produce documents in such case to the extent deemed necessary.
