Interstate Compact - Grants congressional approval to the South Dakota-Nebraska Boundary Compact, which establishes a permanent identifiable compromise boundary line between Dakota County, Nebraska, and Union County, South Dakota, fixed at the centerline of the main channel of the Missouri River established by the United States Corps of Engineers. Provides for the readjustment of such boundary through negotiations if the Missouri River's flow at any point along the course forming the boundary between the States occurs entirely within one of the States.
