Accepts the statue of Philo T. Farnsworth (the father of television) furnished by the State of Utah.
Authorizes the use of the rotunda of the Capitol on May 2, 1990, for presentation of the statue. Requires the statue to be displayed in the rotunda for up to six months, after which it shall be moved to its permanent location in the National Statuary Hall. Requires the transcript of the ceremony proceedings to be printed as a House document.
