Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) should condemn the May 30, 1990, Palestine Liberation Front (PLF) terrorist attack against Israel; and (2) the PLO should expel PLF leader Abul Abbas from the PLO Executive Committee for his role in such attack. Commends President Bush for suspending U.S. dialogue with the PLO and urges continuation of the suspension.
