Federal Crop Insurance Revitalization Act of 1989 - Amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to adjust the methods of calculating price elections and yields for purposes of Federal crop insurance assistance.
Provides for: (1) training and certification of crop insurance agents and brokers; and (2) crop insurance information availability through local Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service offices.
