A bill to provide for additional contingent termination liability for the Advanced Solid Rocket Motor program.
Advanced Solid Rocket Motor Contingent Liability Act - Authorizes the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, notwithstanding other law, to provide for payment for contingent liability in excess of available appropriations if the Government, for its convenience, terminates an authorized contract in connection with a privately financed production facility for an advanced solid rocket motor.
