A bill to modify the navigation project for Morro Bay, California, to direct the Secretary of the Army to extend and deepen the entrance channel for Morro Bay Harbor to a depth of 40 feet, and for other purposes.

Modifies the navigation project for Morro Bay, California, to direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to: (1) extend and deepen the entrance channel for Morro Bay Harbor, contingent upon a favorable recommendation by the Chief of Engineers; and (2) carry out and maintain such other improvements as the Chief of Engineers determines necessary for safe navigation.
