A bill to authorize a White House Conference on Homelessness.
White House Conference on Homelessness Act - Directs the President to call a National White House Conference on Homelessness. Provides for State and regional conferences. Requires a report to the President and to the Congress. Requires the Interagency Council on the Homeless to include Conference recommendations in its annual report to the President and the Congress.
Authorizes appropriations.
