A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit the use of the mails to sell or solicit the sale of anabolic steroids.

Amends the Federal criminal code to provide penalties for knowingly: (1) depositing or causing to be deposited in the mail, or receiving by mail with intent to further distribute, any anabolic steroid for use in humans other than the treatment of disease pursuant to the order of a physician, except as otherwise permitted by law; and (2) using any communication facility in committing, causing, or facilitating a violation of such prohibition.

Makes any property involved in a violation of this Act subject to forfeiture.
