Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a specified amendatory contract between the United States and the Uintah Water Conservancy District, Utah, which provides for part of the municipal and industrial water obligation which is currently the District's responsibility to be retained by the United States with a corresponding part to be controlled and marketed within Utah by the United States.
