Kissimmee River Environmental Restoration Act - Modifies a flood control project on the Kissimmee River, central and southern Florida, to provide for restoration of such River for environmental purposes at a specified total cost. Requires such restoration to be undertaken only in accordance with a final report of the Chief of Engineers. Specifies the non-Federal share of the cost of such project.
