A bill to provide for the disposition of certain Federal lands created from the public domain in the State of Montana, and for other purposes.
Montana Roadless Lands Advisory Commission Act of 1990 - Establishes the Montana Roadless Land Council (the Council) together with a local council for each of the national forests in Montana to assist and advise the Council with respect to the preparation of a land classification plan for each such national forest.
Requires the Council to present to the Congress a proposed land classification plan for each national forest in Montana that establishes a classification of each of the roadless lands as wilderness, nonwilderness, or otherwise.
