A bill to permit producers to store excess wheat in the producer reserve program for the 1990 crop of wheat, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to permit wheat producers to store up to 15,000 bushels per farm of their 1990 crop in the producer reserve program.
