A bill to protect the wilderness qualities of certain lands in the State of Colorado pending enactment of legislation designating those lands as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System or releasing those lands for other purposes.
Interim Colorado Wilderness Protection Act of 1990 - Title I: Interim Protection - Requires the Secretaries of Agriculture and of the Interior, as appropriate, to manage Federal lands in the State of Colorado proposed to be designated as wilderness or wilderness study areas pursuant to S. 1343 (The Colorado Wilderness Act of 1989), S. 2001 (The Colorado Heritage Preservation Act), and a specified legislative proposal.
Title II: Water Rights - States that this Act shall not be construed to effect an express or implied reservation of water.
Title III: Administrative Provisions - Sets forth administrative procedures.
