A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to limit the retention of seized assets by the Attorney General for administrative expenses.

Amends the Controlled Substances Act to prohibit the Attorney General, in determining the equitable share of proceeds for a State or local law enforcement agency from a drug-related asset seizure, from retaining more than ten percent of the total proceeds to cover administrative expenses.
