Lamprey River Study Act of 1990 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Lamprey River, New Hampshire, for study as a potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete such study not later than three years after enactment of this Act.
Authorizes appropriations.
