A bill to authorize the establishment of a memorial at Custer Battlefield National Monument to honor the Indians who fought in the Battle of the Little Bighorn, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to design, construct, and maintain a memorial at the Custer Battlefield National Monument in Montana to: (1) honor and recognize the Indians who fought to preserve their land and culture in the Battle of the Little Bighorn; (2) provide visitors with an improved understanding of the events leading up to and the consequences of the Battle; and (3) encourage peace and brotherhood among people of all races.

Directs the Secretary to establish an advisory Committee for a Native American Memorial at Custer National Monument.

Authorizes appropriations.
