Directs the Secretary of the Army to convey to the State of Delaware all right, title, and interest of the United States to certain land at Cape Henlopen, Delaware (known as the Fort Meade Recreation Area), under specified conditions.
Permits the conveyed property to be used only for public park and recreational services and reverts all right, title, and interest in such property to the United States if such purpose is not met.
