A bill to provide for the relief of certain persons in Stone County, Arkansas deprived of property as a result of a 1973 dependent resurvey by the Bureau of Land Management.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States to certain lands in Stone County, Arkansas, to any person claiming deprivation by the United States of title to such land, provided certain defined conditions are met.
