National Center for Health Statistics Reauthorization Act of 1990 - Amends provisions of the Public Health Service Act relating to the National Center for Health Statistics to require an annual collection of data on the general health, illness, and disability status of the civilian noninstitutionalized population.
Authorizes appropriations for the Center.
