Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey all Federal rights and interests in certain national forest lands in Summit County, Colorado, and Lawrence County, South Dakota, to the Homestake Mining Company of California in exchange for certain of its lands in Lawrence, Meade, and Pennington Counties, South Dakota.
